Your Introduction Page is your single most important tool. This is where people from all over the world can come and actually meet you! When you meet someone new you typically chat about things of mutual interest, finding things you have in common. Basically, getting to know each other. Right?

Your Introduction Page is your calling card on the Internet. It's a way for people to get to know you. It helps you find people that are a "good fit" to work with you in your business.

I include my Introduction Page in every email I send and on every web page I own.

Your first step is to set up your profile at our community web site Bodhian.net

After you have created your profile at Bodhian.net feel free to explore other online communities. Below are some of the more popular ones.

You can use the search function to find people in your area to local events and you can also use it to find people to invite to our calls. For instance you could look up by zip code or state for local events and for particular people you could do a "key word" look up of people that have Massage or nutrition in their profile.

Look at the results of this Google search for these key words on Myspace.com

You can message any of the people inside my space and invite them to either our Tuesday or Thursday call!

Click on a "Key Word" of interest and simple visit each profile in order to send a personal message inviting them to a call and to visit your Bodhian.net profile to learn more about you.

Tip: If you add your city name in the search bar at the top of the page that come up you'll get profiles of people in your local area that match these key words! Try changing the key words to some of your own. Just click on any of these below and you'll see them in the search bar at the top.

Why Have a Blog?

Commit your goals to writing. Share your dreams. People that put it in writing make more money!

Blogs are online diaries or journals where people write their thoughts, poems, or anything else that comes to mind. One of the things you MUST HAVE is a blog. Why? Because search engines love blogs. They get their name from the original term "web log", which people eventually shortened to "Blog".

Your Blog will become one of your most important traffic generating tools. Blog sites are highly ranked. The search engines love all the fresh content and the fact there's so much of it.

So get a blog! Make friends and have fun!

A blog is simply an online journal. You can write abut anything you want. I suggest you simply start telling your story about the balance company.

You could simply post once a week with what you appreciated about the company call on Monday's . All your doing is making sure there's content in it for the search engines to find. What you write is almost irrelevant.

All the sites (MySpace, PI, etc) mentioned earlier offer photo albums. If y9u don't have pictures of yourself put pictures of things you appreciate?

Don't have pictures of yourself? Make your photo album a vision board! Simply post pictures that represent what you want more of in your life.

Newsletters - Become a Publisher!

Your Newsletter allows you to follow up as much as you want at NO ADDITIONAL COST.

You need a newsletter. You need to ask every single person you talk to on the phone if you can add them to your newsletter. You need to ask every visitor to your web site to subscribe to your news letter.

Are you getting the picture. One of the most powerful things about the internet is that it allows you to follow up with people at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Marketing offline you would have to mail a tape or brochure. Not so with a newsletter.

I've published my newsletter for nearly a decade.

You have a few options in how send your newsletter out. You can use an auto responder or you can use Yahoo Groups which is free.

Forums

Forums are great for meeting like minded people & creating valuable links to your site!

Forums are one of the most under used resources. Search engines love forums. They quickly move up to the top of search engines on key words that get used over and over again in the forums.

Forums are one of the best places to meet people. You can find forums on just about any topic you can imagine.

Every time you post you create another link to your Introduction page and becoming part of a community of people that share your interests.

Every time you post on a forum you create another link to your forum.

Here are some forum conversations I created so that we could post al the time.

This forum comes up on page one of Google when people search on The Balance Company and we have one distributor that finds a new partner about once a month from people that have read her posts at the team forum.

You need to look around and find What community you want to participate in.

How can you possibly get to know people online if you have nothing online that tells people about you?

Your Introduction Page and Photos will be your prospects favorite pages. It will also allow YOU to sort THEM!

They'll know all about you before you talk to them and that makes the conversation much more enjoyable.

Here's how this sorts your prospects. If someone thinks you're a jerk or a fruit cake their not gonna call you. That's a GOOD THING.

Without the web page they would have called you and you both of would have discovered this non-connection while on the phone together! That's uncomfortable.

Most Network Marketers are beating up their Uncle Fred and Aunt Frieda. That doesn't work and it's no fun!

You need to find people LIKE YOU. If you've completed your orientation already know exactly who you're looking for.

This business really is as simple as helping other people find something they love to do and then showing them how they can have fun doing a lot of it!

Now all you have to do is go out and meet people! Have fun!
