sponsor. Kinko's prints them for sixteen cents each.

it in a small notebook. That way you can site down with someone and
just turn the pages [Download]

sure you have 3 way calling and a monthly long distance plan offering
a sufficient amount of minutes to conduct business. If using a
cell phone watch your minutes. Make sure you get a plan with more
minutes if needed. It's much cheaper to get a plan with more
minutes than go over what's provided in your plan.
