consultants.
They were founded in 1980 by
Doris Christopher. It was sold in 2002 to Berkshire Hathaway the
company controlled by billionaire Warren Buffet., In 2002 sale
reached 730 million dollars operating in Germany, UK, Canada and
the USA.
Pampered Chef reps totaled more
than 70,000 and they sale their products doing home shows much
like Tupperware or other party plans. They normally will go
over some cooking tips, show some of their products and
demonstrate some recipes. They also conduct business at bridal
expos around the country.
By not offering a consumable
product, they can not offer a full time income as fast as other
Network Marketing companies that do, however, the products are
quality and hard to find in any one place other than Pampered
Chef.
So Pampered chef is a great
company if you want to own a "retail" type of business, however,
to build a large, multi- level payout it is much more difficult
than any of the other traditional network marketing compensation
plans. For this reason it is not highly recommended as a
Network Marketing opportunity as much as we like Warren Buffet
and their products.
